If art was a reflection of the contemporary world, should we create universal and timeless works to always speak in the present? Or should we constantly update reinventing at every time?

SHOT is a long term project that may run until 2032 to make a serie of pieces, each one created in a very short time.

For a SHOT, six performers are invited to work in two groups of three to create a collective and unique work. In three days, each trio will follow the same book of rules created by the collectif ÈS to play and reflect with and about collective creation : 

How to create together as a group ?  Should the rules be followed obeying, translating or contouring them ? What do really matters for each one and for the group in a piece of dance ? 

The day of the SHOT, the 2 works are performed one after the other, each trio offer its own unique version of the same notice, a piece created for here and now. 

A SHOT is a tribute to spontaneity.
